We are building a community of strong men, both in mind and body. Join us every Sunday for a 45-minute -all male workout - focusing on strength & conditioning, followed by breakfast in Block 23. The workout is designed to test your strength as well as your stamina. All levels are welcome.

Dubai — it’s time.
We’re launching a brand-new Bootcamp/Workout collaboration with Warehouse Gym (Dubai Science Park) — a gruelling 10:00 AM session designed to forge stronger bodies, sharper minds, and a real brotherhood that trains together and rises together.
And we’re not stopping at the workout.
After training, we roll straight into a post-session social at Block 31 (the café) for protein shakes, proper fuel, and solid conversation — because building the body is one thing… building the brotherhood is the point.
