The Man Cave Project is coming to Abu Dhabi.

After building a strong foundation over the past five years in Dubai, we’re excited to launch our Abu Dhabi chapter with a powerful collaboration at Cobra Fitness.

Join us for a beginner-friendly boxing, strength, and conditioning bootcamp led by professional fighter Keron Joseph. This session is designed as a full-body workout that will challenge you, energize you, and welcome men of all fitness levels.

Whether you train regularly or are completely new to boxing and conditioning, this is an opportunity to step into the room, move your body, and connect with a great group of like-minded men.

This launch event is about more than fitness. It is a chance to experience what The Man Cave Project is all about as we expand into Abu Dhabi: brotherhood, growth, challenge, and meaningful connection.

After the session, we’ll continue the afternoon with lunch at Salt & Caramel, where a 65 AED set menu will be available for anyone who wants to join.
