About the event
In a high-pressure world, the men who lead well are not the loudest or most reactive—they are the most regulated.
Modern life places constant demands on men: work pressure, responsibility, uncertainty, and relentless mental load. Over time, this pushes the nervous system into survival mode—leading to burnout, emotional reactivity, poor decisions, and disconnection.
This workshop is a practical, body-based training designed to help men regulate their nervous systems so they can operate with calm, clarity, and emotional control—especially under pressure.
This is not therapy.
This is not motivational talk.
It is applied nervous system training for men who want to:
Stay composed in conflict and stress
Recover faster from pressure and fatigue
Lead with emotional steadiness in work and relationships
Build resilience that lasts beyond the workshop
Across two focused hours, you’ll learn how to work directly with your physiology using breath, posture, stillness, and somatic awareness—tools you can apply immediately in daily life.
This session is for men who want less reactivity, more control, and a stronger internal foundation for leadership, performance, and connection.
Come ready to train.

About the Facilitator — Pranav Shenoy
Pranav Shenoy is a mindfulness and breathwork facilitator specialising in nervous system regulation, resilience, and embodied self-mastery for men.
With a background in high-pressure corporate and tech environments, Pranav’s work is grounded in lived experience—not theory. Having navigated neurological challenges, depression, addiction, and major life transitions, he built emotional stability through disciplined nervous system training, meditation, and physical endurance.
His practice includes daily meditation, cold exposure, long-distance running, and endurance challenges, including an ultra-marathon from Toronto to Montreal. His facilitation style is direct, grounded, and experiential—helping men build regulation through the body, not talk alone.
Pranav creates focused, disciplined spaces where men train calm, awareness, and internal strength—because sustainable power starts inside.
