Iron Stride Run Club is running in collaboration with Dubai Mallathon. Indoors. Early. Together.
This is not a race. It is not a fitness programme. It is a decision to start your Saturday with something that actually costs you something. To move when your bed is comfortable. To be around men who chose the same thing.
You do not need to be fast. You do not need to be experienced. You just need to show up.
We run for 30 to 45 minutes, then sit down for coffee. The run builds the body. The coffee builds the brotherhood.
Beat the heat. Build the habit. Run with your brothers.
