About the event

The Sunrise Discipline Club is a collaborative morning experience between The Man Cave Project, Biohackn, and Common Grounds designed for men and women who value performance, community, and intentional living.


We begin the morning with a community beach run at Kite Beach, followed immediately by a guided cold plunge experience led by Biohackn, and conclude the morning with a relaxed recovery breakfast at Common Grounds.

This event is designed to reset your weekend, energize your body, and connect with a high-performance community.


Community Beach Run

We kick off the morning with a relaxed sunrise run along Kite Beach. Meet at Common Grounds.


The pace is social and inclusive, making it suitable for both experienced runners and beginners.

Purpose:

  • Activate the body

  • Build discipline through movement

  • Start the day with strong energy


Cold Plunge Experience

Immediately after the run, Biohackn will guide participants through a cold exposure session.

Cold plunging helps:

  • Accelerate recovery

  • Improve mental resilience

  • Boost circulation and energy

This is a powerful experience that pushes comfort zones while strengthening the mind.


Recovery Breakfast at Common Grounds (20% member discount)

After the plunge, we gather at Common Grounds for a relaxed post-session social. (20% all food and beverage)

Participants can enjoy:
