•Location: Zero Point, Kite Beach
•Group 1: The Foundation - 30 minutes at your own relentless pace. Build your base, brother.
•Group 2: The Grinders - 45 minutes, pushing a solid 5:30 (+/-) pace. Find your rhythm, hold the line.
