The Man Cave Masdar (Abu DhabI)

The Man Cave is a weekly session for men who are done going through the motions.

Every week, men gather to do something most of them never do: tell the truth, hold themselves accountable, and be challenged by men who want the same things.

Each session has three parts:

The Grounding. Get present. Clear the noise. Show up ready.

The Check-In. No small talk. Where are you actually at this week — and what are you doing about it.

The Discussion. A new topic every week. The conversations men should be having but aren't. Purpose. Standards. Relationships. Adversity. What it actually means to lead your own life.

Doors open at 8pm. We start on time.

If you're not familiar with the area, give yourself extra time — Masdar City has its own layout and parking takes a few minutes to figure out. Plan to arrive before 8.
